Bair Foundation
The Bair Foundation believes that every child deserves a family and that a child’s therapeutic needs can be served effectively within a well-trained foster family setting. Combining our treatment methods and intervention program along with community supports, the children placed in the care of The Bair Foundation are afforded the family environment he/she desperately needs and desires.
Our program focuses on training foster parents with the highest level of researched-based, trauma-informed care, to be able to successfully service the emotional, medical, and behavioral needs of children in the foster care system. In our Austin office we have a team committed to training, licensing, and continuously supporting our foster and adoptive families. We provide convenient trauma-based online training classes that are offered every month for families interested in becoming licensed foster parents. We value our families and are committed to supporting our parents and children pre and post licensing.
