Change 1 Mind Change 1 Life is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that exists to provide Youth Services to Transition & Aged Out Youth 15- 26 years of age as they enter into adulthood.
We never give up on children. And we don’t let children give up on themselves. By advocating on behalf of each and every one of them, we strengthen our families, our communities and our commonwealth.
